You have 7 days to return your item(s) after product delivery. Beyond 7 days no return, store credit or refund will be accepted.
Returned items should be shipped back with either DHL, UPS or Fedex ONLY at customer expenses (shipping fees + import taxes), should be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and might take up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
If a transaction error occurs while making the payment ,a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
When selecting the size on the product page, it will state one of the below:
Available sizes: Returnable for a refund (after deducting import taxes, shipping fees and payment gateway commission).
Pre-order sizes: No refunds on pre-orders, we offer (one time) exchange or store credit.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@shigems.com with order number and details of the product. We will provide via email, the address to which the product must be returned.
Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be fully examined and refund or store credit amount will be shared with you.

We’ll arrange a return and process a full refund for the faulty item.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
